EY Ford Rhodes urgently requires an:
HR Manager to be based within the firm at the Karachi office. The HR Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the talent team, including the effective implementation and deployment of the regional and local systems across Pakistan.
The role will also include aligning all HR operations across departments and locations, assisting the executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of performance and rewards, overseeing the preparation of the employee manual and annually reviewing it,
and preparing learning maps and ensuring all business units are compliant with the learning requirements that may be local and global.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a reputable firm, including 1 year in the capacity of a Manager. MBA in HR or another Master’s degree with a concentration in HR from a reputable university. Effective speaking and writing skills and the ability to address small and large groups. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team. Experience in project implementation and process improvements.\
