Execution of end to end performance management process. Provide continuous assistance & counseling to people managers and HRBPs on performance management process and initiatives.
Enable organization to strive for continuous improvement and drive a culture of performance. Support HOD’s to create an internal talent pipeline.
Performance management is a process by which managers and employees work together to plan, monitor and review an employee’s work objectives and overall contribution to the organization
